I’ve spent over 20 years in various customer-facing roles, both as an individual contributor and in leadership positions. My extensive experience, which spans from mastering the intricate nuances of human interaction to effectively communicating with multiple parties from their very first point of contact, has allowed me to evolve into a trusted advisor. I’ve journeyed through moments of "faking it" and have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that honesty and authenticity can have on relationships. This journey has provided me with invaluable insights into the complex psychology behind the sales motion and other business interactions. Now, I’m passionately putting this wealth of working knowledge to use in empowering good sales professionals to become truly GREAT!

We all sell and we all buy in various ways. Every single time you step into your existence, you’re fundamentally selling yourself, whether it’s through your words, actions, or the energy you emit. You’re sharing a story. An outcome. An idea. To truly find success, not only do you have to deeply believe in that story to make an impact, but you also have to live and breathe it every day. It continually reminds you of the reasons you chose this path, bringing to light how you want to feel, what success truly means to you, and identifying the specific tasks you must pursue to achieve your dreams. In doing so, it will envelop you with a visceral feeling of accomplishment, happiness, and confidence that fuels your journey.

What to expect:

  • 3 month Concentrated Container:

    • Bi-weekly team sessions - 90 min

    • Monthly 1:1 w/ up to 6 individual team members - 60 min (but no limit)

    • Open Channel Communication - WhatsApp, Teams, Slack (client preference)

OR

  • 6 Session bucket

    • Easy access, Ideal for both Teams and Individuals

    • 6 x 1:1 or Team (up to 6) focused sessions – 60 min (but no limit)

    • Coaching at your discretion (for example):

      • Quarterly or Annual Planning

      • Concentrated Deal Clinic

      • Account Acceleration/Expansion

      • Personal or Professional Development
